At GoodSugar, we want you to love what you buy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product if:

• You are not satisfied with the product for any reason.
• The product has been used 20% or less (substantially unused or unfinished).
• Your return request is made within 10 days of the delivery date.

Returns will not be accepted if:

• More than 20% of the product has been used or consumed.
• The return request is submitted after the 10-day return period.

2. How to Return a Product

1. Email us at hello@goodsugar.in within 10 days of delivery, mentioning your Order Number and the reason for the return.
2. Pack the product securely along with the original packaging, invoice, and any accessories (where applicable).

1. Share the courier tracking details with us after shipping so we can track and confirm receipt of the package.

Please Note: We currently do not offer reverse pickup services. Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping through any courier or postal service of their choice.

3. Return Shipping Cost

We will reimburse your actual return shipping cost provided that:

• The return meets the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 1.
• You provide a valid courier receipt or proof of shipping cost via email.

The reimbursement will be processed together with your refund or credited separately if applicable.

We reserve the right to reimburse return shipping only up to a reasonable amount based on standard courier rates. Premium or express courier charges may be reimbursed only up to the equivalent standard shipping cost.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product to confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed as follows:

• Refund Method: Original payment method used during checkout.
• Refund Amount: 100% of the product price plus eligible return shipping reimbursement.
• Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and approved. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

If the returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements (for example, it has been used beyond 20%), we reserve the right to deny the refund. In such cases, we will notify you and may either:

• Ship the product back to you at your expense, or
• Dispose of the product according to your instructions.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs showing the issue.

In such cases:

• We will cover all return shipping costs.
• You may choose between a full refund or a free replacement.
• The 20% usage condition does not apply to genuine manufacturing defects or incorrect items.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds may not be approved if:

• The request is made after the 10-day return period.
• The product has been used beyond the permitted 20% threshold without a valid quality issue.
• The item was purchased as part of a promotional bundle or offer specifically marked as "Non-Returnable".
